The other day when Diane disrobed in front of Jack, they showed her ankle with a tattoo. What is the meaning of this, I couldn’t tell what the tattoo was suppose to be. Hopefully Patti didnt have a new face again and was masquerading as Diane this time instead of Emily. does anyone know the relevance of showing Di’s tat?

I brought that up yesterday that maybe it was Patty looking like Diane. The tattoo they showed on Dianes right leg is a four leaf clover and we didnt get to see her other leg. Pattys tattoo was a black cat on her left leg. And of course we never saw her right leg.

Wow! you gotta be a die hard fan,to remember which leg and which tattoo each person has.

I didnt say thats what I thought I said maybe it is. I think Diane is dead and Patty killed her…

Obviously, someone is going to kill Diane. It’s the way someone will know (maybe only the audience) that she isn’t really dead when there is no tattoo on the body found…or when Diane turns up disguised as someone else later, we can tell it is her because of the tattoo.

For any who care to know I m not that good. I went back and found the Patty eppy and watched it again to see. I was hoping to get a clue that it was Patty not Diane. But you are right I am a die hard fan. Ive been watching from the start and I love Y&R. For any who want a reminder its the August 6 2010 eppy.

If the corpse has a tattoo it is irrefutable evidence that Diane did die. If the corpse doesn’t have a tattoo, then Adam’s plan must have included a trip to Stiffs-R-Us and Diane is in Switzerland.

Here’s a thought----maybe the tat on Diane’s ankle is REAL, does anyone know if MW has one? The scene was the typical one we’ve seen a hundred times or more when a woman stands and drops a dress, robe or coat, etc, camera shoots bare shoulders first then pans downward to legs, ankles and feet with clothing puddled on the floor. So either the director forgot she has it and didn’t want to reshoot the scene or they knew it was there and just left it to confuse us???

That’s interesting but I hope they would not go there. There is no way Patti/Emily’s body could ever masquerade as Diane’s unless it has been a fake Diane from the get go & that does not seem possible since she had Kyle with her.

That is exactly why I have never gotten a tattoo. I did not want anyone to be able to id me in case I ever become a fugitive (or a secret agent).

Well Patty would have to figure out a way to make herself shorter too. MW is short and SH is tall. Same would go for Skye. She is taller than Diane.

I am going to miss MW, she was really starting to get into the character of Diane, I wish she hadn’t left the show but I really dont want to see another back from the dead story.
