No one but Brooke knows about the feelings Hope has (had?) for Finn. So far everything has been in Hope’s fantasies so there really isn’t anything to tell.
I thought the writers might be dropping that sl but next week’s previews…

Not just inher fantasies, she has been laying the ground work, using “The way to become his Mistress 101”. First tell him not to listen to his wife, she knows better for him. Been around since the beginning of time.

She told Brooke she is developing feelings for Finn. She said how could she not, because he is such a great guy. Brooke told her she has to let go of the feelings she is having for Steffy’s husband.

I see Deacon and Sheila pushing Hope in Finns direction, Thomas marrying Paris, then once Hope makes the moves on Finn Thomas getting jealous and Steffy pushing Thomas at Hope to keep her out of Finns bed. All while Paris goes after Carter then oops shes pregnant.

Lolol…what is it we are watching…it is so convoluted it can’t possibly make sense…
I would hope though that Steffy didn’t do anything, because if Finn wants to cheat, then just show him the door. I actually hope she does anyways…

IMO, Hope has had an eye on Finn since he came into Steffys life. I remember her sitting in the CEO office (of course) telling Thomas how Finn was those whole package with starry eyes way back then.
I get that back then she just wanted Steffy off the market so maybe Liam would let go, but she sure did have her own secret feeling about Finn at that time too.

I don’t want Hope to have Finn, but then I don’t really want Steffy to have him either. The whole Sheila obsession has really been a turn off with Finn.

I wonder why it’s okay for Liam to tell Steffy not to listen to her husband but if Hope says that same thing to Finn it’s all the sudden very bad. Actually Hope hasn’t told Finn not to listen to his wife…she’s telling him that he’s a bright and able man and should be able to make his own decisions. If a decision he chooses to make doesn’t align with his wife’s then that’s on Finn. I can’t see holding Hope accountable for a grown man and his decisions. Also, if Finn chooses to make a move towards Hope, well he’s the cheater since Hope is single. If Hope and Finn begin an affair it’s no different than Steffy sleeping with Liam while he was married to Hope. She cheated on Finn with Liam and is now in a full blown emotional affair with Liam. History repeats itself since Steffy was also in an emotional affair with Bill up until and after they slept together.

I feel like maybe Finn is now having second thoughts about his marriage. I guess what we keep forgetting is Steffy cheated on Finn with Liam. Why should she kick him to the door if he has an affair with Hope? He certainly didn’t kick Steffy to the door when she did it with Liam. All in all to me, Steffy wants perfection when she herself is far from it. That old saying “Do as I say not as I do” should be Steffy’s motto.

Finn and Steffy were not in a committed relationship, and I am sure they weren’t even living together when her and Liam had sex…
But we must remember that Hope has slept with steffys husband more times than Steffy has slept with hopes….so really, Steffy has a couple more times to catch up…

Yes, the “understanding friend” approach. She will subtly make digs at his wife, defending his personal rights to have that relationship with his mom. She’ll use examples of her own dad having been in jail. But what Hope just doesn’t get is Sheila is on a whole different level than Deacon ever was, criminally. Big difference between conning and killing.

Hope is after Finn, I pointed out one reason, I think so. I don’t care about anyone else or what anyone else is doing. I was talking about Hope and what dhe had been doing.

Brooke is not the only person who knows about Hope’s feelings for Finn. Brooke told Deacon and Mrs. Big Ears overheard. Sheila was all excited to hear that Hope had feelings for Finn. Sheila is just trying to figure out how she can use this piece of information to her advantage and I am sure that Deacon will be too willing to help her.

This is another case of Hope’s support system not wanting Hope with Thomas but by the same token they don’t want to see Thomas with someone else while Hope still has residual feelings for him. They are all about Thomas has hurt Hope but they didn’t particularly care when Hope hurt Thomas.

So Finn should not be held accountable for listening to Hope but Steffy is accountable for Thomas’ actions.

When Steffy slept with Liam she was dating Finn. There had been no commitment between Steffy and Finn. They were dating, not living together, nor engaged. Steffy was a single unattached woman. Yes we heard Finn telling Hope that they were committed but he forgot to tell Steffy this piece of information because the morning after the ONS Steffy said that she was not sure where her relationship with Finn was going but that she wanted to pursue a relationship with Finn.

There is a great difference between Steffy, a single unattached female having a ONS with a married man than Finn being a married man having a ONS with a single unattached female. According to Finn the married man was the one with the obligation not to cheat. Finn blamed Liam for his actions and he acknowledge that Steffy was not committed to him which is the reason that he was able to get passed her actions.

Finn’s actions do have Steffy leaning on her friend Liam but she has made it perfectly clear to Liam that Finn is the man that she wants. All that Steffy says to Liam are the same thing that she might be sharing with a gf if the writers chose to give her one. Steffy is not trying to lead Liam on.

Steffy is not looking for perfection and she has never claimed that she is perfect. All Steffy is looking for is for her husband not to want anything to do with his bio mother who shot Finn and herself and then intentionally left them in an alley to die after robbing them and who also tried to kill the mother who raised him. Steffy was none to happy that Li kept from her the fact that Finn was still alive but she seems to have gotten past her anger at Li.

Steffy never came down on Finn for saving Sheila when she was having a heart attack when Li refused to help Sheila. Steffy accepted his actions as Finn being true to the person that he was. Steffy does see a difference between saving a life and accepting that person into their families lives.

Steffy was not in an emotional affair with Bill. Steffy was all about protecting her husband from any possible vengeance that Bill might decide to dish out to his blackmailing son.

Right now the show needs a spark, something interesting.when Thomas and Hope first got together, we loved it—it was almost a forbidden love—-now, there’s no more spark to them, bring on Finn—excitement, guilt, Sheila’s involvement. We may not like Thomas/Paris but Thomas and Hope is the past.
