I have this gut feeling that Dr. Lisa Niles is Faith Roscoe’s daughter. And I also be willing to bet that Lorenzo Alcazar is her father too. Lisa is just as demented as Faith was and as conniving as Lorenzo was so who knows, many years ago Lorenzo and Faith could have hooked up and created this monster child of theirs. And if you think about for a moment Cynthia Preston (Faith Roscoe) and Brianna Brown (Dr. Lisa Niles) do look very similar to each other and they can pass for mother and daughter. And like Faith, Lisa stops at nothing to get what she wants. Like the ole saying goes, “Like mother, Like daughter!”

It would have had to of been another teenage romance ala Olivia and Sonny because I think Lisa is too old.

I know she has signed on for another year so clearly she will get some family. It’s an intresting theory.

I have to agree that Lisa and Faith do look A LOT alike and they are a lot alike (this story of Lisa’s is VERY similar to Faith’s story with Ric and Liz). This is why I like the Lisa character because she IS a lot like Faith and Faith was a great bad character BUT they showed a side to her at times that made us have a little sympathy for her (when she was with Justus).

OH could Lisa be Justus’s child (I know she’s completely white but hey it’s a soap)? Justus and Faith had a relationship LONG time ago and they could have had a baby (something Faith always wanted)!

Either way, there HAS to be a connection SOMEHOW between Faith and Lisa because of their looks.

Half sisthers. We dont know much other then Faith s father was the little boy Katherine gave up I THINK it was BARRY FYNN. He could have been married twice or had an affair thus differant surnames. Maybe in a way Lisa is going in the same direction…makeing everyone pay for takeing her toy s away…for Faith it was money, power, the mob hood…for Lisa it is Patrick…he cant move on and be happy.I HAD HIM FIRST. …It is interesting that IF there is a Faith, Lisa, Flynn connection that over 80 years latter that Port Charles past wont leave them be. While we are at it maybe Sam is a decendent of Rummy Joe…why she love s Jason so much. Violet had a breakdown and never recovered, who is to say there wasnt a child born and given up…

Half sister is a good theory too, but age means nothing in the history of the soap. Think SORAS.

If Faith Rosco and Dr. Lisa Niles are half-sisters, that means Lisa would be connected to the mob because her sister Faith was a mobster as Faith was married to a mobster named Rosco, and she became a mob moll turned mob mistress who ran her own mob, and that means Lisa if she wanted to, she could become a mobster just like her sister did and marry Johnny or if possible Lisa could even take on Jason & Sonny if she were crazier than usual

It’s the mob connection that I hope keeps her from being related to Faith. We got enough Mob. There is an opportunity for a whole back story of what makes her so obsessed with Patrick. Her and Patrick have been seperated for years. He has screwed tons of women between Lisa and Robin so why now. What has she been doing? Maybe something traumatic happened to her to make her think that Patrick was the best thing in her life.
Maybe it was Robert Scorpio that brok her heart and after she destroyed his kidney she decided to come and destroy his daughters life and get Patrick at the same time. Anything but another mob chick.

Dont forget Fath s grandparent s Katherine and Marco Flynn , Marco ran the mob in the 1920 s in Port Charles. When Rummy Joe was murdered and Violet, Marco s sither had a breakdown…she and Joe were getting married that s when Marco killed those who muried Rummy Joe and didnt try to run or fight. That is why the Flynn s lost everything Money, power, the mob hood and why Faith was hell bent on getting it back. Her father was the child / son that Katherine gave up to end the mob / revenge she hoped her son wont carry…it may have skipped a generation but it sure didnt work, That is why I saied Faith s father coupld have had an affair and had Lisa. They both have the revenge thing down welll.

Faith Rosco’s father could have had an affair while married to Faith’s mom, and that is how Lisa was created
