Did I miss something? They said she had had a heart attack. Did they ever show that or is this the first we’ve heard about it?

They just skipped the part where Paulina was diagnosed with a heart attack and merely filled us in after the fact. Like Kibbles posted, she was in pain, Kayla rushed in—and, scene.
