Were they ever in a relationship? I think I remember someone saying it on this board wants. I asked because she intimated to Shiloh that Sonny was some thing like a father to her. I thought to myself I guess that’s why she can’t overlook Julian’s flaws. One mob daddy is enough! Then I remember hearing something about them having a relationship once. So I have to wonder, how in the heck could she have said what she said about Sonny and used the word “father“? I guess actually it doesn’t matter, because they’re all big old hypocrites to me! Nevertheless I really do want to know. So if anyone could answer that, I really appreciate it.

When Sam first arrived in PC , Sonny and Carly were separated and they slept together.

She also slept with Jax and when she got pregnant they had to do a paternity test.

The baby didn’t make it but donated to Kristina , saving her life.

It wasn’t a “ relationship “ more like just sex.

Sonny went back to Carly and had Jason stay with Sam leading to their relationship.

Yes, she was pregnant with Sonny’s baby. Jason pretended to be the father so that Sonny could hide it from Carly. But she lost the baby.

So everything you said makes her comment even skeezier.

If you read the wiki, it says Sam and Sonny had an affair while Sonny was with Carly, so I guess it’s semantics whether they were truly split up or just on a break.

Yep Sonny got her pregnant and then tossed her over to Jason to take care of. What a guy

Take care of how? As in “sleeping with the fishes” or just to occupy her time to keep her from getting between Sonny and Carly? I wasn’t watching GH at that point.

He wanted Jason to keep Sam somewhere away from Carly so that Carly wouldn’t find out she was pregnant with his baby. I can’t remember if Sonny and Carly were still together or if they had broken up for the umpteenth time. anyway, Jason said the baby was his to keep Sonny out of hot water with Carly.

I thought Sam was sonny’s mistress and then Sam got pregnant and Jason said it was his so sonny and Carly could be together And Sam and Jason got closer and the rest is history

That’s exactly when I became a huge JaSam fan. The writers back then knew how to build up a romance for sure. I remember their scenes so well. Not like today.

Too bad it turned out to be an unhealthy relationship. The relationship started on a lie because Sonny was the most important person in Jason’s life and he’d do anyting to protect him, even be the pretend father of Sonny’s baby, so it’s no big surprise that nothing’s changed after all these years.

They had sex a few times but she was having sex with Jax at the same time .
They didn’t know who’s baby she was carrying .

Sonny and Carly got back together and Sonny had Jason keep an eye on a pregnant Sam.

They’ve had their ups and downs .

Both came from terrible childhoods and are surviving …

Jax broke up with Sam n Carly was playing with Alcazar so Sonny n Sam decided to date/sex. They ended up living together then Morgan got sick and Sonny had Jason babysitting Sam. Sonny then moved Sam out and Carly n ask Sam to be his mistress. Sam stops messing with Sonny then finds out she pregnant. He treated her horribly while she was pregnant. First he played on her feelings then he realized Sam wanted Jason as the father n accidentally lets Carly find out the baby his, then when Sam n Jason choose to continue to want to be a family he pretty much told her he would take the baby.

Thanks Samuel4life for filling in some missing blanks for me because I sure as heck don’t want to mislead anyone about Sonny and Sam’s relationship in the past. I knew he had treated her really bad and definitely didn’t want Carly to know the child she was carrying was his. My memory isn’t as good as it used to be so, thanks for putting a little more info out there. rainhue, Samuel4life has got a clearer picture of how it went down with Sonny and Sam.

I remember that part well, when Sonny decided he wanted to be the father and said he’d take the baby from Sam. I remembered thinking, well what did you think would happen, Jason? That Sonny would just let you have his kid? Ha!

So why does she behave like Sonny can do no wrong, and Julian, who while wrong, was being threatened by his crazy azz sister, is reprehensible?
