Someone (anyone?) please explain Sharon's Cassie Co, - The Young and the Restless
I’m at a loss to figure this out…she’s NOT shown in an office working on it (was in the coffee house at a table recently!)…never talks about the “GOOD” it may be doing…IDK!
It’s called Cassidy First Technology. Sharon inherited the company from Cameron Kirsten. She had a collaboration deal with Chancellor-Winters to provide technology for their content. She donates most of the profits to charities including New Hope and the foundation Jack and Devon created for addiction.

I’ve never heard ANYONE at CW discuss anything concerning Sharon’s Cassie Co…

And also have never heard anything re: what you’ve added above…donations of profits should be in their dialogue, oh well, guess, my bad for wondering about these little things… lol

I remember Sharon in a meeting with Devon and Nate. Later Sharon asked Billy why he wasn’t at the meeting, he knew nothing about it. Devon brushed him off saying nothing is settled and you will get all information before a vote is taken. That was last we heard so to me there is no collaboration in the works.

As with so many executive offices and location, there is no set for Cassidy First Technology — Sharon doing paperwork at Crimson Lights is no different than company negotiations in the GCAC dining room.
I expect if Sharon is doing anything with Devon and Lily, she signed on exclusively with the Winters side of C/W.

Cassidy First Technology.
That’s a really weird name for a company.

They always come up with wacky Names for Companies, like “Glissade”.

We sure haven’t seen her office or any workers.

I think Sharon’s company is just another one of those dead end storylines that the writers threw out there when they couldn’t figure out where they were going. It’s like throwing spaghetti against a wall to see what sticks or, in this case, what bits they can work into the plot sometime down the road if they need filler. These writers have no problem introducing something and then just ignoring it, as if it never existed.

They should have just had Victor buy it like he wanted. This just makes no sense a new business with no offices or staff, why bother?
Just as stupid is the company LA based now all handled in Genoa City.
I never knew Genoa City THE place to move all huge corporations.

So much could’ve been made of Sharon and her new Company.
LOTS of stories could have emanated from this as an antidote to Newman Enterprises,Jabot and CW.
There could’ve been new sets and a whole NEW bunch of characters, especially MALES!!

Another missed opportunity that is left dangling without purpose!

we don’t know about how long her prison term is/was
Perhaps not, but she told Chance that Tara is still in prison.
