I truly get where you are coming from…but I hope that B&B writers can get a better grip on Steffy than what the Y&R writers have done to Patty…
As much as I hope for Hope, I see the need for Steffy in this soap…and she shouldn’t always lose. She is another “way of going”–Hollywood-Style. And that is what I am getting from the writers…
That these writers know love–Hollywood-Style…
…say, in this case, they have depicted Hope as the incorrigible virgin and good girl with virtues…EVEN WITH HER KISSES WITH LIAM during his marriage…
And here is the thing…ALL THE CHARACTERS AGREE WITH THAT . No one is saying ON THE SHOW that she isn’t living up to her morals and virtue…
Which tells me that, with TPTB, Hope is their standard for morals and virtue…go figure! We in fly-over country might not agree, but that is Hollywood standards and seems just fine with everyone in the soap…
Does this make sense? Maybe much more than trying to fit our standards into a stupid storyline???
Steffy won’t be another Patty Williams. She’s not delusional. Losing some boyfriend doesn’t cause most women to “go off the reservation.”

Well Jack kinda treated her crappy long time ago. She loves him but she could kill him too out of jealousy. Now that she is back on her meds she can’t believe she almost tried killing him. I just have something with disturbed characters, especially if they portray it well. Sheila, Adam, Patty etc. i love them all. I do agree Paul is a good brother. I like him allot also!
