If memory serves, wasn’t Taylor was the one who shot Bill and almost killed him. I’m asking because didn’t Bill agree to keep quiet to keep Taylor out of prison in part because of Liam’s relationship with Steffy and the fact that he cared for Steffy? If this is the case, and I’m asking because maybe I missed some other resolution, but if Taylor did attempt to kill Bill, wouldn’t this be a rather inconvenient truth right now??
I’m just asking?? I mean Steffy and Taylor are both on the high horse right now about Brooke and a kiss. Did they forget about the truth of Taylor shooting Bill?

IMO, this is the whole problem with how this Brooke/kiss s/l is playing out. None of these women are angels, for me Steffy is almost unwatchable at the moment. She’s all on her high horse, with brother Thomas as her wing man. Taylor is unbearable at the moment. And believe me, I’m no Brooke fan…but I just can’t deal with the hypocrisy of Steffy and Taylor.

How might the inconvenient truth surface. Will Brooke go to the police and say Hope told her that Liam told her that Steffy told him that Taylor told her she shot Bill 4 years ago and we decided to help cover it up all this time. But since Douglas wouldn’t cover for me, I decided I’m not covering for her.

Besides Taylor shooting Bill has nothing to do with Grandma Brooke kissing Deacon. It wasn’t even an excuse for Brooke kissing Bill.

I think when this storyline is over they need to revisit that plot about Taylor shooting Bill. And yes I agree, that plot is too big to ignore. At some point Taylor and Bill will have to cross paths. They share the same granddaughter.

Brooke could turn Taylor in to Lt Baker as an anonymous tip. Surely, Baker took fingerprints from the gun. If they matched Taylor’s fingerprints, Taylor goes to trial. They may even have Taylor’s fingerprints on file from when she was in jail for running over Darla. I’m not sure how long they keep the prints.

You did make a good point that Taylor´s finger prints would have been in the system from when she was arrested for running Darla over. Taylor´s prints would not be on the gun because she wore gloves.

I was surprized that the police returned the gun to Bill before the case was solved. Today the police would find Taylor´s finger prints on the gun because she picked it up the next time that she went to see Bill but this time she could not bring herself to pull the trigger even though she still believed that he had raped her daughter. Since Taylor was unable to pull the trigger Bill knew that he didn´t need to be concerned that Taylor would try again. Bill also might have been a bit leary about the police reopening his case because Taylor was not the only one to say that she shot him and he would not want the police investigating Liam.

You would think that Taylor would be more empathetic towards Brooke because she is an alcoholic herself, and she killed someone because of it. All Brooke did was kiss someone.

And yes, Taylor did shoot Bill because she thought he had taken advantage of Steffy when they slept together. I want to see Taylor and Bill bumb in to each other too. Taylor doesn’t ever seem to leave Steffy’s house tho.

It’s not a popular opinion on the boards, but I’ve always disliked Taylor. I watched BnB since day 1 and Brooke was on the show, quickly going after ridge who was with Caroline.
Ridge was Brooke’s way before Taylor was even conceived of. I’ve never understood why people think Brooke took him from Taylor when he was Brooke’s first.
But it’s a story and it draws out powerful emotions! Or at least it used to, lol. Happy Sunday friends!

KellyJo, I wholeheartedly agree with you. I watched the show since Day 1 as well. I have always disliked Taylor. And yes, I know she has her followers, just like Brooke does. To be clear, I am a Brooke fan. This doesn’t mean that I don’t have my issues with Brooke. I never liked her judgmental attitude towards others, especially Quinn. Considering her own messed-up mistakes, Brooke was coming off a little “holier than thou” which I found myself saying: “Brooke you need to shut-up and go sit down somewhere”. If ANYONE should know about the need for forgiveness, it should be Brooke!

You are right, I forgot about the gloves. If they got an anonymous tip, they would probably investigate Taylor without it involving Liam, unless Steffy or Taylor told them Liam thought he may have pulled the trigger. Since Liam is Kelly’s father, I don’t see them doing that.

I don’t understand. So if Carter and Paris get married and a few years from now Zoe comes back, interferes in that marriage and takes Carter from Paris does that mean Zoe didn’t take him from Paris because Carter was Zoe’s first?

Dating or being engaged to someone first, doesn’t give you dibs on that person for the rest of their life. They’re called an ex for a reason. Once Ridge married Taylor he was officially Brooke’s ex and she had no rights to him whatsoever. So yes Brooke did everything in her power to undermine and destroy the Tridge family.

How about we bring up all the attempted murders/ murders…not talking about self defence circumstances but real attempts…I personally still believe Liam shot his father, but I guess we will never know, because he has been loganised…
There is not one person on this show who has not done something similiar…
And Steffy and Finn were not in a committed relationship as yet…Finn even acknowledged tha5 himself….friends with benefits at the time…,

Bill’s supposed shooting by Taylor did not go unnoticed or unmentioned. I clearly remember Taylor on her knees begging Brooke for mercy over that. Steffy even had to call off her wedding to Liam because Bill was blackmailing her over it.

Steffy’s indiscretions we heard about from most every character on the show for months or maybe even for years. Same with Thomas’s. I’m not sure he’s finished apologizing to Brooke yet for what he supposedly did to her precious daughter.

Brooke doesn’t deserve a pass from any character imo because she sure as heck doesn’t give passes. We just recently heard her spewing her garbage at Quinn and just the other day at Sheila. Well now it’s Brooke’s turn to take what’s long past due but I’ve no doubt Brooke will come out smelling like a rose like she always does while Steffy Taylor and Thomas get covered in crap.

I don’t think Steffy and Taylor forgot it they just don’t think it matters because it is Taylor.

They seem to be making Taylor out to be so perfect and are forgetting that she ran over Darla drunk and shot Bill. She is hardly a saint.
