Thomas's Role In Emma's Death - The Bold and the Beautiful

I have always felt he played role in Emma’s death … he was chasing her in the car trying to stop her from getting to Hope… Her driving erratic using the phone while driving not smart but if he wasnt up her butt on the road she would not have gone off it. He then just stood there and watched her take her last breath … I knew this would come back when trying to redeem him.

They all played a part in Emma’s death, Thomas, Xander, Zoe, Flo and Zoe’s father. If Zoe’s father had not taken Beth, none of this would have happened. Flo knew about this for about a year and said nothing. Thomas knew for 2 weeks.

This storyline is beyond dumb. If they review her phone records, it would show she was texting and making calls. There is nothing to prove otherwise. Thomas was following/chasing her. If she wasn’t on the phone she would be alive.

He still played a part …not directly responsible and yes they all played a part including Xander.

I have always believed that Thomas played a big part in Emma’s death. Yes she was driving fast on a curvy road and texting. But she was a very young girl and she was afraid of Thomas. He could have redeemed his actions by calling for help but it was obvious that he wanted her to die and he didn’t want to be connected in any way. Ridge figured it out and he told Thomas he was ashamed to be his father - but he still covered for him.

They would just need to bring all this out in court. This soap is really overdue for some juicy good old fashioned courtroom drama! :see_no_evil::hear_no_evil::speak_no_evil::male_detective:

Agreed. and they can bring back sexy Connor Davis to be Thomas’ lawyer. I always found him gorgeous. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Why did they have Thomas have brain surgery for a tumor affecting his actions if they’re just going to rewrite history? I’m over it!

OT… I dunno about that, LOL. The last few times in a courtroom in the last couple of years have been a joke and a fiasco JMHO

Lolol….ridgidiot or numbnuts, mor even Thomas himself will just have to bribe, or pay off a judge.,they are very easy to get on side obviously…,

Yes I know. But that’s why I said some good “old fashioned” courtroom drama. The one with the lawyers, judge, ballif, full jury, witnesses and spectators. Give it that Perry Mason vibe. Lol😉

I agree the riders have been on strike, so is this the best they can come up with to keep their viewers watching?

Thomas may have been flowing her. If she speeded up, then Thomas speeded up. Thomas didn’t ram her car. He didn’t make her speed. He sure didn’t make her get on her phone. If she would have driven the speed limit, got to her destination, and called from her PARKED car, she would be alive. PERIODT!

You make good points, but I am not sure she would have been “fine” if she had driven to her destination quietly. I imagine she would have been kidnapped or something else by Thomas. At the time he was pretty luney and was determined to keep Hope from finding out about Beth. He threatened many people to keep quiet. I don’t see well at night and when people are tail-gating me it is intimidating and makes me nervous. So I can see why she was trying to get away from him. Period.

I agree with this 100%. They could have still had him as a bad guy chasing her, then when he saw her skid off the road he could have freaked out, had an oh my god what did I do mement. Have remorse and call for help. In my opinion he would have been more redeemable in that scenario.

See I feel like when that storyline originally aired, I had rose colored glasses on where Thomas was concerned, now I can’t stand him and see him for what he is, an obsessive, obnoxious, Logan worshiper, and have lost all interest in him (with the exception of my fan fiction stories of course lol).

I mean to be fair to Emma, I wasn’t a fan, she just got shocking news. Anybody ever got some shocking, devastating news and not done the rational or logical thing? I know I have. Of course she had better choices but her first instinct was to rush to someone she considered a friend. Not really something you put in a text message. I just can’t fault the girl here. She was the ONLY one who tried to do the right thing.

How did Xander play a part in her death when he also wanted to tell Hope?

I always felt he tapped her on the road causing her to go off. He certainly didn’t have the look of someone who was surprised she went off the road.

Looking back at all of Thomas’ transgressions, he has never been a physically dangerous person. At his worst he manipulates them psychologically or by circumstance— never physical force. Anything to suggest otherwise has been a trick of editing with music or camera angles with none of Thomas’ actions backing it up.

Always wanted to tell Hope…and yet he never did in spite of knowing for months & was complicit in the cover up.
