Val is enabling Ninas desire for revenge - General Hospital

I believe he has always loved Nina and will always enable her to keep her happy.

So when Drew do anything to please Queen Carly, its noble and sweet but if anyone does anything for Nina its enabling?

The double standards strike again.

Nina did a great job at Crimson Valentine knows she is good at it and wants her to have something to focus on. Will the evil Never cease

I wish Nina would let it go. She still owns half a hotel and now she has a new job at The Invader. Just stop the revenge train. Is this going to go on forever?

I’m not aware of anyone saying that Drew is noble and sweet. Many have said that he was stupid for taking responsibility and making the deal to go to prison so Carly, “Queen Carly” wouldn’t have to do any time.

From the recap last week…Valentin can’t believe she’s giving up on evening the score, and he has another idea… that is not giving her something to focus on. It’s encouraging her to even the score. I’d say that is enabling.

No double standard there.

Valentin seems to be enjoying the animosity between Nina and Drew and Carly. I also see where he is encouraging her to keep up her revenge. That smile on his face you can tell.

Valentin has it out for Drew and is using the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone.

Whatever Drew does is because of Drew and what Nina did to him. Carly already made it clear she wanted to let things go. So I see no hypocrisy at all. As a matter of fact not alternative facts, Carly tried to get Drew to let things go concerning Nina.

I think he was referring to Drew hiring Carly to stick it to Nina. I didn’t see anyone say Drew was enabling Carly or Carly was enabling Drew.

What I read was Carly fans loving it & I don’t blame them because I enjoyed Val & Nina today enormously. One upping in the business world can be fun to watch, if it gets too personal or physical, then it’s no longer fun for me.

Exactly. He is already a business foe & Drew is so far out of his league with Valentin.

Carly was all over the theatrics when Nina was fired & she was hired. She didn’t keep to her “not wanting to get involved” until after that.

And Carly had every right to want her to pay for her misdeeds, but that was as far as Carly was willing to go. Now it is all on Drew, Carly is his girlfriend and I don’t think she is going to have the same influence over him regarding Nina as Willow has over Michael. Drew is out for blood and he won’t be satisfied until he gets it.

Just as you said. It was okay for Carly to seek revenge. I just don’t understand why Nina seeking payback is always evil.

Carly was bashed over and over because Drew gave her a position at Crimson but oh it’s different when Nina accepts Val help.

Why should she? Drew has already admitted that he has no intention of letting it go any plans on completely destroying her. So she’s supposed to sit back and do nothing?

He is enabling her!

Yes, and I love it too because she needs someone in her corner. Look at how Drew and Sonny have enabled Carly. Michael and Willow does it too so she never gets the admonish Nina receives. If Val wants to reach out and help Nina win I am all for that.

I am cheering Valentin on for it. I love a good feud that isn’t only about a rivalry for a love interest. Val & Nina are great together, and I love seeing them plotting and going for what they want.

The bashing had more to do with only Nina being villainized for being vengeful. At least that’s what I read & was my opinion.

I can’t compare the 2 though because Val hired a publisher & Nina is a successful one…a proven one. Carly’s never worked in publishing & unlike Nina, she was a written as a whiz from her very first day…absolutely no adjustment time was necessary. Nina was shown to be in over her head when she started at Crimson.

I wish Carly & Nina both had to earn all their own money & had to have the proper educational background like in real life to get the jobs they have. But that isn’t what we got.

Apparently, yes. She is the only one despised for retaliating. Drew’s family will be upset with Drew but they will mostly be worried about him being goaded on by that evil Nina lol.

Carly gets villianized just as much, especially on this board. She’s even been called her a prostitute, insinuated the only way she has had any success was through her sex life shamelessly and I have yet to see that happen to Nina.
